Not only will you learn the mechanics of teaching in an accessible way, but you will dive deep into your own body, mind, and, inner landscape. Our yoga teacher training is one weekend a month for ten months, and absolutely transformative. In this 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved YTT program, you will advance your practice, explore the eight limbs of yoga, build your confidence and find your voice.

While at the end of this training you will be ready to teach and register with Yoga Alliance, that is not a requirement for participation. Yoga teacher training is a great way to advance your own study and practice of yoga. If you are interested in teaching, you should know that almost half of our last graduating class was hired to teach yoga at other studios in the area before they even graduated! Teaching is a great part time job, and depending on how much you want to teach, you could pay your tuition back within a year!
YTT will meet one weekend per month for ten months. Saturdays 12-6 and Sundays 12-6. YTT will start Spring 2018 Dates TBA, and will take place at the Dharma Yoga Studio 1341 Main Street Rear, Spingfield MA 01103.
Students are required to attend each weekend, although it is possible to miss one weekend of training due to emergency or with prior permission from the instructor.Students who miss class must obtain notes from their classmates, make up all missed work, and submit additional makeup assignments per instructor.
Students are also required to attend two classes per week at the studio as part of this yoga teacher training. Different levels of memberships are available and are not included in the tuition price. There will be homework assigned during each weekend session, including reading, home practice,meditation, and practice teaching. These are to be performed outside of weekend sessions
$100 non-refundable deposit due at time of sign-up, and goes towards tuition, this will insure your spot in the training. Tuition options as follows:
$2750 in one payment ($2650 after deposit)
Payment due by February 10th
$3000 made in 4 installments of $725.($2900 after deposit)
